Director Declaration
In accordance with LR 9.6.14(2) R, the Company announces that it has been
informed that Josephine Dixon, a non-executive Director of the Company, was
today appointed as a non-executive director of F&C Global Smaller Companies
PLC.
The Company has also been informed that Miss Dixon retired as a non-executive
director of Baring Emerging Europe Plc on 15 January 2015.
