The Company announces that Sir Clive Thompson, a Director of the Company,
purchased today 30,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 34.5p per share.

Following this transaction, Sir Clive Thompson is interested in a total of
3,030,000 Ordinary shares (representing 4.35% of the total number of shares in
circluation).
