Director/PDMR Shareholding

STRATEGIC EQUITY CAPITAL PLC

The Company announces that Sir Clive Thompson, a Director of the Company, sold
120,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 95.81p per share, as part of the
Company's Tender Offer.

Following this transaction, Sir Clive Thompson is interested in a total of
2,910,000 Ordinary shares (representing 4.32% of the total number of shares in
circulation).
