Strategic Equity Capital plc ("the Company") has been informed that Adam
Steiner, CEO of SVG Investment Managers, the Investment Manager of the Company,
today purchased through a SIPP 9,800 Ordinary 10 pence shares of the Company at
a price of 98.5 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Adam Steiner is interested in a total of 507,896
Ordinary 10 pence Shares (representing 0.7859% of the issued share capital).
