STRATEGIC EQUITY CAPITAL PLC
Strategic Equity Capital plc ("the Company") has been informed that Stuart
Widdowson, Investment Director at SVG Investment Managers, the Investment
Manager of the Company, today purchased through a SIPP 50,000 Ordinary 10 pence
shares of the Company at a price of 99 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Stuart Widdowson is interested in a total of 70,000
Ordinary 10 pence Shares (representing 0.1083% of the issued share capital).
