STRATEGIC EQUITY CAPITAL PLC

Strategic Equity Capital plc ("the Company") was informed on 28 February 2013
that Jonathan Morgan, Chairman of SVG Investment Managers, the Investment
Manager of the Company, had on that day purchased 850,000 Ordinary 10 pence
shares of the Company at a price of 100 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Jonathan Morgan is interested in a total of
1,750,000 Ordinary 10 pence Shares (representing 2.7079% of the issued share
capital), of which 900,000 are held in a SIPP.
