Update - Director/PDMR Shareholding

Strategic Equity Capital plc ("the Company") announces that on 8 November 2012,
Sir Clive Thompson, a Director of the Company, sold 120,306 Ordinary shares at
a price of 101.55p per share, as part of the Company's Tender Offer. Sir Clive
has recently been made aware of the number of shares sold by nominees, pursuant
to the Tender Offer.

Following this transaction, Sir Clive Thompson is interested in a total of 
2,789,694 Ordinary shares (representing 4.3168% of the total number of shares
in circulation).
