Strategic Equity Capital plc ("the Company") was today informed that Jeff
Harris, Assistant Fund Manager at GVO Investment Management Limited, the
Investment Manager of the Company, had on 2 July 2014 purchased 6,353 Ordinary
10 pence shares of the Company at a price of 156.415 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Harris is interested in a total of 12,928 shares
Ordinary shares, of which 1,575 are held in a SIPP (representing 0.02% of the
shares in issue).
