STRATEGIC EQUITY CAPITAL PLC (THE "COMPANY")
The Company was today informed that Richard Locke, a non-executive Director of
the Company, had on 19 February 2015 acquired an interest in 20,000 Ordinary
10 pence shares of the Company at a price of 196 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Locke is interested in a total of 20,000
Ordinary shares held in an investment bond (representing 0.035% of the shares
in issue). This interest is held jointly by Mr Locke and Mrs Mary Locke, the
wife of Mr Locke.
