The Company was today informed that Mrs Jane Tufnell, non-executive chairman of GVQ Investment Management Limited, the Investment Manager of the Company, had on 7 March 2016, purchased 100,000 Ordinary 10 pence shares of the Company at a price of 203 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mrs Tufnell is interested in a total of 100,000 Ordinary shares (representing 0.14% of the shares in issue).
