The Company has been informed that on 15 June 2016 Josephine Dixon, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 Ordinary 10 pence shares of the Company at a price of 200.4025 pence per share to be held in a SIPP.
Following this transaction, Ms Dixon is interested in a total of 10,000 Ordinary shares (representing 0.014% of the shares in issue).
