The Company has today been informed by Josephine Dixon, a non-executive Director of the Company that she ceased to have a non-beneficial interest in 10,000 shares of the Company held in the name of John Tinkler on 1 January 2016, as he ceased to be a connected person.
As stated in the announcement made on 16 June 2016, Josephine Dixon currently holds a total of 10,000 Ordinary shares (representing 0.014% of the shares in issue).
