Directorate Changes

Further to the statement made in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended
30 June 2014, the Company announces that Mr John Hodson, a non-executive
Director and former Chairman of the Company, will retire from the Board with
effect from 10 February 2015. Mr Hodson served as Chairman of the Company from
incorporation until September 2014. The Board would like to take the
opportunity to thank Mr Hodson for his long-term leadership and will miss his
valued contribution.

The Board is also pleased to announce that Mr Richard Locke will be appointed
as a non-executive Director with effect from 10 February 2015. Mr Locke has
been a managing director of Fenchurch Advisory Partners LLP since 2007, having
formerly spent nineteen years at Cazenove & Co.

Mr Locke holds no publicly quoted directorships.

The Company confirms that there are no further details or disclosures required
under LR 9.6.13R(2-6) of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules.
