Dividend Declaration

STRATEGIC EQUITY CAPITAL PLC

Following the Company's earlier announcement today of results for the year
ended 30 June 2010, please note that the dividend record date was incorrectly
stated. The correct statement is set out below.

The Board is proposing a final dividend of 0.30p per Ordinary share for the
year ending 30 June 2010, payable on 16 November 2010 to holders on the
register as at 22 October 2010. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval
at the Company's AGM on 9 November 2010.
