Further Issue - Sale of ordinary shares out of Treasury

The Company announces that it has today sold for cash 20,000 ordinary shares,
previously held in Treasury, at a price of 195.75p per share (before expenses).
The shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
The sale of ordinary shares is being made in order to meet market demand. The
proceeds of the sale will be used in further pursuing the investment objectives
of the Company.
Total voting rights
Following the sale, the Company's issued share capital consists of 57,176,013
ordinary shares, of which 57,126,291 are in circulation and carry voting rights
and 49,722 are held in Treasury. The figure of 57,126,291 may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their
interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
