Minor amendment to investment policy

The Company's investment policy currently includes the following restriction:
"The Company will not invest more than 10%, in aggregate, of the value of its
total assets at the time the investment is made in other listed closed-end
investment funds provided that this restriction does not apply to investments
in any such funds which themselves have published investment policies to invest
no more than 15% of their total assets in other listed closed-end investment
funds."

The Company has decided to delete the following wording from that restriction:
"…provided that this restriction does not apply to investments in any such
funds which themselves have published investment policies to invest no more
than 15% of their total assets in other listed closed-end investment funds."

By deleting these words the Company will fall within the investment guidelines
and restrictions of a wider range of potential investors. The Company has no
current intention to invest in closed-end investment funds, and thus this minor
amendment to the investment policy will have no immediate impact on the
operation of the Company.
