Publication of Daily Net Asset Value

The Company announces that, with effect from Monday, 1 December 2014, it will
release daily net asset value ("NAV") announcements to the market.

The Board and Investment Manager believe that the increased frequency in
reporting will improve transparency on the Company's NAV performance to the
benefit of existing and potential shareholders.
