                       RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                        

 

Following the Annual General Meeting held today, the Company is pleased to
announce that shareholders passed all the resolutions contained in the notice
of meeting.

 
Resolutions 1 to 5 related to Ordinary Business. Resolutions 6 to 9 related to Special Business, as set out below:
 
Resolution 6: To continue as an investment trust until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting
 
Resolution 7: To allot relevant securities in accordance with statutory pre-emption rights.
 
Resolution 8: To allot equity securities otherwise than in accordance with statutory pre-emption rights.
 
Resolution 9: To make market purchases of the Company's shares.
