VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Company
notifies the market of the following:

As at 30 September 2008 the Company's issued share capital consisted of
72,626,000 Ordinary shares, with total voting rights of 69,580,500 and
3,045,500 Ordinary shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 69,580,500 Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
