The Company announces that it purchased yesterday 15,000 Ordinary 1p shares for
treasury at a price of 65.50p per share.
Following this transaction the number of Ordinary shares in issue remains
72,626,000, of which 380,000 are now held in treasury.
The number of Ordinary shares for the purpose of total voting rights is
72,246,000.
