Imaginatik plc has been included as a Technology Pioneer
thanks to its truly innovative technology helping organisations to solve some
of the biggest challenges that currently face them. Businesses are finding it
increasingly important to come up with ways to innovate and differentiate
themselves from competitors, and Imaginatik's technology helps them to
achieve this by tapping into the 'collective genius' within organisations.
The Company's ability to create business benefits for their customers in the
field of innovation means that their products are highly relevant in today's
market.
Mark Turrell, CEO of Imaginatik plc, commented, "To be
selected as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum is fitting for
the technology that we provide to our customers, especially as the topic for
this year's conference is the Power of Collaborative Innovation. It is a
great endorsement of our company and our approach that we have been chosen
and proves that we are succeeding in helping organisations to gain business
advantage through innovation, using the frequently neglected and cost
effective resource that is their own workforce."
Peter Torreele, Managing Director of the World Economic Forum
said, "This year the World Economic Forum received a record number of
applications from companies around the world to become a Technology Pioneer.
From a highly competitive field, we are extremely pleased to have a community
that is using innovation and technology to dramatically affect the way
society and business operate and doing so in a markedly collaborative manner.
We are excited to welcome the Technology Pioneers class of 2008 to the larger
community of the World Economic Forum and we are looking forward to the
fruits that their collaboration will bring."
