Director's shareholding
The Company announces that Julio Faria, Technical Director, has today sold
500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 19p per share, equivalent to 3.56 per
cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company. Mr Faria now holds
1,857,845 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 13.24 per cent of the
issued voting share capital of Surface Transforms.
Mr Faria, who founded the Company in 1992, sold the shares to meet
institutional demand.
Mr Faria will be stepping down from the position of Technical Director on the
30 November 2007. The intention is he will continue as a non-executive of the
Company,
