                              Holdings in Company                              

The Company announces that it received notification from Mr Julio Faria, a
former director of the Company, on 22 May 2009 that he has sold 1,700,000
ordinary shares in the Company at 11.5p, equivalent to 8.93 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company. Following the sale Mr Faria no longer
holds a notifiable interest in the capital of the Company.

The Company also announces that it received notification today that C.Gledhill
Ltd acquired 1,795,000 ordinary shares in the Company, 1,700,000 at 11.5p and
95,000 at 11p, equivalent to 9.43 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company. Following the purchases C.Gledhill Ltd holds 4,702,143 ordinary shares
in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 24.7 per cent. of the issued
voting share capital of the Company.
