Surgical Innovations Group plc ("Surgical" or the "Company") announces that it
was notified today that the directors of Surgical have purchased a total of
5,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 1.6355p per
share in a series of transactions on 12 and 13 November 2009. The resultant
