                            Director's shareholding                            

The Company announces that it has been notified that Haresh Kanabar, chairman
of the Company, purchased today 370,000 ordinary shares of 2p each at 8p per
share, representing 2.18 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr Kanabar now holds 1,032,500 ordinary shares in Silentpoint representing 6.08
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
