("Silentpoint" or "the Company")
Directors' shareholding
The Company announces that it was notified this morning that on 16 October
2008, Smit Berry, Chief Executive, purchased 348,000 ordinary shares in the
issued share capital of Silentpoint (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.5
pence per share, equivalent to 2.18 per cent. of the issued voting share
capital of the Company. In addition, on the same day, Haresh Kanabar,
Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 346,000 Ordinary Shares, also at a price of
1.5 pence per share, equivalent to 2.17 per cent. of the issued voting share
capital of the Company.
Following the transactions, Mr Berry is now beneficially interested in
4,655,144 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 29.22 per cent. of the issued voting
share capital of the Company. Mr Kanabar is now beneficially interested in
2,302,070 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 14.45 per cent. of the issued voting
share capital of Silentpoint.
