                              Notifiable Interest                              

Silentpoint was notified earlier today that, following a purchase of 55,000
Ordinary 2p Shares, Suffolk Life Annuities Limited now holds 704,286 ordinary
Shares, equivalent to 4.02 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company. These shares are legally and beneficially owned by Suffolk Life
Annuities Limited but form part of various self-invested personal pension
schemes, including 614,286 Ordinary Shares which are held in respect of Dr
Hywel Thomas's self-invested personal pension.
