The Company announces that it was notified yesterday that Smit Berry, chief
executive of the Company, has purchased 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 2p each at
8p per share representing 6.86 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company. Mr Berry now holds 3,299,999 ordinary shares in Silentpoint
representing 18.86 per cent. (19.44 per cent. after the cancellation below) of
the issued share capital of the Company.

Silentpoint also announces that yesterday it acquired 150,000 shares at 8p per
share for cancellation in due course.

Following the cancellation of these shares the Company will have 16,975,000
shares in issue.

The Company was also notified yesterday that Eyeconomy Holdings plc no longer
has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of Silentpoint.
