Pursuant to Disclosure Rule 3.1, the Company is obliged to notify the market of
Directors holdings or interests of the Directors or their connected persons in
shares of the Company.

The Company was notified on 10 September 2014 that, in payment of the Company's
2014 dividend, an aggregate of 1,892,450 new ordinary shares were issued on 10
September 2014 and the directors of the company received the following shares
