Toad Group plc, the business and insurance services group, announces that Mr
Stuart Gall, the Group Marketing Director has resigned. Mr. Gall will be
leaving in the summer to pursue other interests within the Biotechnology
sector.

The Board of the Toad would like to thank Mr. Gall for his contribution to the
Group over the past 11 years.
