Temple Bar Investment Trust PLC (the `Company') announces that at the Annual
General Meeting of the Company held on Monday 30 March 2015, all the
resolutions proposed as set out in the notice of the meeting to shareholders
dated 24 February 2015 were duly passed with the exception of resolution number
8 relating to the proposed re-appointment of Mr Martin Riley as a director. Due
to developing health issues, Mr Riley decided that it would no longer be
appropriate for him to continue serving on the Board and accordingly, the
resolution regarding his re-appointment was not put to shareholders for
approval.
