Total Voting Rights

TEMPLE BAR INVESTMENT TRUST PLC                        

As at 30 June 2014, Temple Bar Investment Trust's share capital consisted of
64,741,873 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no ordinary shares
held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Temple Bar
Investment Trust Plc is 64,741,873.

The above `voting rights' figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Temple Bar
Investment Trust Plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
