                           Significant Shareholding                            

On 27 September 2005, the Company were informed that following a sale of
1,250,000 Timestrip ordinary shares (the 'Shares'), Brewin Nominees (Channel
Islands) Limited on behalf of their client, Formal Property Management Services
(Jersey) Limited, now holds a total of 11,187,500 Shares, representing 4.56% of
the Company's issued share capital.
