                              Additional Listing                               

The Company announces it has made an application for the admission of 25,000
Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares have been issued
following the exercise of options by an employee of the Company pursuant to the
rules of the Company's EMI scheme.

It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 1st March,
2005.
