Director's interests and issue of warrants
The Company announces that yesterday its Board agreed to issue 1,000,000
warrants to Daniel Assor, an executive director of the Company, to subscribe
for ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at a
subscription price of 2.25 pence per share, exercisable at any time up to 15
February 2013. In addition, Daniel Assor is also interested in 1,576,436
ordinary shares, warrants over 638,633 ordinary shares at a subscription price
of 5 pence per share and options over 3,950,000 ordinary shares exercisable at
subscription prices between 1.5 pence and 4.375 pence per share.
The Board also agreed to issue an additional 1,000,000 warrants to an employee
of the Company on the same terms described above.
