Totally Plc, the publishing and communications group which targets Jewish
communities around the world, today announces the appointment of Robin Morgan,
aged 51, as a non-executive director to the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Morgan is currently the Editor of The Sunday Times Magazine. He is also an
award winning journalist in his own right, a distinguished author and a judge
for the British Press Awards. During his career Mr Morgan has also been Editor
In Chief of Sunday Express and a former Editorial Director Designate for The
Readers Digest.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Morgan said: 'Totally is a dynamic young
company brimming with enthusiasm and ambition - I'm very excited to be part of
the team.'
On behalf of the Board, Steve Burns, Chief Executive of Totally, said: 'We are
extremely pleased to welcome Robin to the board. His extensive knowledge and
expertise will make a real difference to our ability to scale the business
rapidly. '
Mr Morgan is currently not a director of any other company and has not been a
director of any companies during the last five years.
Mr Morgan has confirmed that there is no further information required to be
disclosed under paragraph 17 of the AIM Rules.
