The Company announces that, following a purchase of 2,194,800 ordinary shares
in the Company today, HB Markets plc is now beneficially interested in
13,998,273 ordinary shares in the capital of Totally, equivalent to 15.22 per
cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
