Application for admission of securities to the Official List
Tullett Prebon plc (the "Company") announces that it has issued (conditionally
upon admission as set out below) 2,298,288 ordinary shares in the capital of
the Company. This issue has been made as part of the deferred consideration
obligations in respect of the acquisition of Primex Energy Brokers Limited, as
announced by the Company on 17 March 2008.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for admission to the
Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading of the
ordinary shares which is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 5 January 2012.
Following admission, the Company will have 217,611,872 ordinary shares in
issue.
