Tullett Prebon plc (the "Company") today announces that Michael Fallon has been
re-appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Michael Fallon previously served as a director of the Company from December
2006 to May 2010, and as a director of Collins Stewart Tullett plc from
September 2004 to December 2006.
Michael Fallon is the Conservative MP for Sevenoaks and is a member of the
Treasury Select Committee of the House of Commons.
There are no disclosures required under rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the
Financial Services Authority in connection with Michael Fallon's appointment.
