Tullett Prebon plc (the "Company") announces that on 29 March 2007 Walbrook
Trustees (Guernsey) Limited, the trustee of the Tullett Prebon plc Employee
Share Ownership Trust, acquired 1,101,427 25p ordinary shares. The shares
acquired will enable the Company to meet its commitments under the Tullett
Liberty Equity Incentive Plan.
