      Statement Regarding Final Results for the Year Ended 31 March 2010       

The Company will not be able to release the preliminary announcement of its
final results for the year ended 31 March 2010 by 31 August 2010, as required
by the PLUS Rules. The Company is currently not in a position to instruct
auditors, as a result of its financial situation, as described in the
announcement made on 12 July 2010.

A further announcement regarding the Company's final results for the year ended
31 March 2010 will be made as soon as possible.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for this announcement.
