In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, TwentyFour Income Fund Limited
announces that Mr Ian Burns, a Director, has informed the Company of the
following:

  * With effect from 2 December 2014, River and Mercantile UK Micro Cap
    Investment Company Limited, a company for which Mr Burns is a director and
    audit committee chairman, was admitted to the premium listing segment of
    the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market
    for listed securities.
