Pursuant to Listing Rule DTR 3.1.2R, TwentyFour Income Fund Limited (the
"Company") announces that the following beneficial holding of ordinary shares
was acquired by Mr Trevor Ash, a Director of the Company, on 20 October 2014:
5,000 ordinary shares at 125.769 pence per share.
Mr Trevor Ash is the beneficial holder of a total of 30,000 ordinary shares
representing 0.0011% of the Company's issued share capital.
