In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules  and, following the recent announcement dated 27 March 2018 in respect of the issuance of new shares, the Company confirms that the current Total Voting Rights are as follows:

•              164,929,151 Ordinary GBP Shares

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
