Electra Investment Trust ('Electra') confirms completion of the sale of its
investment in Safety-Kleen Europe ('Safety-Kleen'), consistent with the
conditional agreement for the sale of its interest in Safety-Kleen announced on
12 July 2004.

 

Following receipt of competition clearance and finalisation of amounts due,
Electra received £102m.
