Announcement is made in respect of paragraph 9.6.11R of the Listing Rules on
behalf of Sir Brian Williamson, Director.

The Company hereby announces that Sir Brian Williamson, Chairman of the Board
and non-executive Director, retired as Chairman and a Director of the Company
with effect from 24 May 2010.

Colette Bowe, who was appointed to the Board of the Company in 2007, has been
appointed Chairman.
