Unicorn AIM VCT plc is pleased to announce that it has appointed Jocelin Harris
to be a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 25 April 2005.
Mr Harris has also been appointed as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee
with immediate effect.

Mr Harris is currently Managing Director of Durrington Corporation Limited. He
has over 30 years experience in M&A and investing in start-up and early stage
investments.

He was until 31 July 2002 a director of Hansa Trust plc.

The Board has pleasure in welcoming Mr Harris as a director and looks forward
to working with him.
