Dividend declaration
Following the announcement yesterday that the Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc will
be recommending final dividends in respect of the year ended 30 September 2008
of:
* 3.0 pence per share, from capital, to holders of Ordinary Shares;
* 2.0 pence per share, from capital, to holders of Series 2 Shares; and
* 1.0 pence per share, from income, to holders of Series 3 Shares
to members at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 15
January 2009, the Board is pleased to confirm that the dividends will be paid
on 30 January 2009 to Shareholders on the Register on 9 January 2009.
This increases the total dividend distributions to Ordinary Fund Shareholders
to 42 pence per share and the total dividend distributions to S2 Fund
Shareholders to 18.75 pence per share. This is first dividend payable to S3
Fund Shareholders.
The dividends are tax free for qualifying shareholders.
