Issue of Equity
The Company announces that on 5 April 2007 it allotted and issued 1,816,796 new
Series 3 Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the offer for subscription at a price
of 100p.
Following this allotment the Company now has 30,977,172 Ordinary Shares of 1p,
15,635,524 Series 2 Ordinary Shares of 1p and 4,498,926 Series 3 Ordinary
Shares of 1p in issue
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting
rights in Unicorn AIM VCT plc is 51,111,622. This figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, Unicorn AIM VCT plc under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
