Issue of Equity
The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that on
3 May 2013 it allotted and issued 83,084 new ordinary shares of 1p each
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 112.6p per share under the Top-Up Offer for
Subscription launched on 22 February 2013.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to
trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and
dealings are expected to commence on 9 May 2013.
Following this allotment, the Company now has 57,543,956 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
